First Impression: Fermat’s Cuisine (2023)
The number of Japanese dramas available now on Netflix has been surprising - especially the ones from major stations. And they are not even the old ones -some of them are not even a year old.
I have been eyeing Fermat’s Cuisine solely for Shison Jun and Koshiba Fuka - so I have watched a couple of episodes.

My first impression: this is an over the top drama that’s not really my forte. I am all for good food drama but I would prefer Share Suru Ra! over this.
I think the story has potential, but man the conflict that I have seen for first couple of episodes was a bit of a turn off. I am not really a fan of this kind of mystery and conflicts. And to be honest, a bit disappointed with how Shison Jun’s character is being depicted here.
Probably will not continue - but since it’s on Netflix, I may binge watch it sometime soon.
